MCi Carbon currently holds mining exploration licences over the Manning Valley's main drinking water source - the Manning River. This river supplies water to thousands of homes, farms, and businesses from Crowdy Head to Smiths Lake including Forster/Tuncurry and Taree. Other key concerns include:
